Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Education qualification: Graduate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming guests with warm greetings, cheerful manners, in a friendly and professional way;
∎ Providing information about facilities, programs, and other services to guests;
∎ Addressing and escalating customer complaints;
∎ Attending guests queries with solutions;
∎ Assist Guests about product selections for prompt service;
∎ Provide information about promotional items from the menu;
∎ Anticipate guest's needs and build rapport with customers;
∎ Offer assistance with certain tasks (Additional order, Kid Zone, etc.);
∎ Addressing immediate customer complaints and escalate for prompt solving attitude;
∎ Record information in the guest feedback and comments card on daily basis;
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards with proper grooming;
∎ Facing Government authorities during their visits to the BFC's stores;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience in this field is preferable.
