Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (If you have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering must have 5 years' Experience production Supervising)
∎ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering (If you have B.Sc in Industrial Engineering must have 2 to 3 years' Experience production Manufacturing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Factory is located in Ashulia Savar, Dhaka. The overall purpose of the Floor In-Charge is to extract the production by section wise. The incumbent should have practical experience in related field.
∎ Managing workers on the production line and ensuring they all work together as a team & follow protocols
∎ Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources
∎ Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.
∎ Establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
∎ Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
∎ Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity
∎ Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
∎ Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to managers
∎ Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
∎ Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
∎ Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
∎ Strong organizational and leadership skills together with a results-driven approach
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
∎ Assists workers by offering personal growth opportunities
∎ Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques
∎ Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time
∎ Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers
∎ Compiles and analyzes production records
∎ Any other assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience 05-10 years in the same field.
