Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

Minimum 10 (ten) years of in-depth experiences in automobile workshop(s) on sales and services.  Experience in vehicles’ body and paint items sales & marketing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Sales & Revenue: Drive dent and paint service sales by upselling, converting inquiries, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

• Customer Handling: Communicate with customer(s), explain the necessity of any particular job(s), monitor & keep update(s), and resolve the case(s) professionally.

• Workshop Supervision: Allocate job(s) to the worker(s), monitor progresses, and ensure the completion in time with up-to-the-mark of all pending dent, paint & finishing work(s).

• Quality Control: Inspect work at every stage to ensure OEM standards, proper finishing, and zero rework.

• Team Leadership: Guide, train, and motivate all employees/workers to improve skills for productivity.

• Process & Cost Control: Maintain safety, minimize material wastage.  

• Report daily update of pending jobs and sales performance to the Workshop Manager/Management.
