- গাড়ির কাঠামো/আকার পূর্বাবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে আনা সংক্রান্ত ব্যবস্থপনায় কমপক্ষে ১০ (দশ) বছরের অভিঙ্গতা।
Responsibilities & Context:
গাড়ির ডেন্টিং এবং ছোটখাটো বডি মেরামত দক্ষভাবে সম্পন্ন করা।
ক্ষতি মূল্যায়ন করা, সঠিক মেরামতির পদ্ধতি নির্বাচন করা এবং ভেহিকেলের প্যানেলসমূহ মূল আকারে পূর্বাবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে আনা।
ডেন্ট করার সময় পেইন্ট এবং আশেপাশের অংশের সর্বনিম্ন ক্ষতি নিশ্চিত করা।
পেইন্টার এবং অন্যান্য সহকর্মী টেকনিশিয়ানদের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজের প্রবাহ নিশ্চিত রাখা এবং সময়মতো গাড়ি সরবরাহ করা।
ওয়ার্কশপের সরঞ্জাম, যন্ত্রপাতি এবং কর্মস্থলের পরিবেশ ঠিক রাখা এবং নিরাপত্তামূলক নিয়মসমূহ সঠিকভাবে মেনে চলা।
