Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should Have capability to ensure quality customer service
∎ Customer Response and Answer to customer questionnaire
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Face Book(Social Media), Email & Web Chat
∎ Handling incoming inquiries from prospective customer or clients
∎ Assists customer effectively by solving customer Complain and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Provide customer additional information or explain Service
∎ Prepare accurate and timely reports to Management
∎ Able to work on Support Email, Live Chat, Face Book Replies etc.
∎ Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Automobiles related knowledge is more priority (Like Car Showroom, Car Workshop and Car Accessories).
∎ Must have take Challenges
∎ Applicant must be capable to handle client in any situation.
∎ Must possess good command in spoken & written English and Bengal
∎ Must have MS Office (like Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Ability to work under Pressure
