- Minimum 4 (four) years of experience in the purchase department in any Automobile Workshop(s). Experience in vehicles’ body, color & other necessary items procurement will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Procurement: Procure vehicles’ body-parts, paint, and other consumables items as per the requirement(s) of the workshop.
Vendors Management: Build-and-maintain relationships with vendor(s)/supplier(s).
Negotiate price(s), and ensure in-time delivery.
Inventory Coordination: Keep relations with store and floor team(s) to maintain optimum stock levels to avoid any job/delivery delays.
Cost Control: Monitor purchase costs, minimize wastage, and cost-effective alternative source(s).
Documentation: Keep & maintain each and every proper/accurate purchase order(s), invoice(s), and supplier/vendor(s) records etc.
