Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set up and operate flatbed machines for cutting, printing, or shaping materials according to production specifications.
∎ Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure that materials are processed efficiently and accurately.
∎ Ensure that the flatbed machine is calibrated correctly to meet the required product specifications.
∎ Conduct regular checks to maintain product quality and ensure that the machine produces consistent and accurate results.
∎ Perform routine maintenance on the flatbed machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and checking parts for wear and tear.
∎ Work closely with other team members, including other operators, production workers, and supervisors, to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Ensure continuous training and development of technical staff to keep up with industry trends and advancements.
