Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Preferably CA CC).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing cash management procedures in order to ensure the highest control and security, assisting the Project Fin Manager in the prevision of monthly treasury and planning in order to en-sure the coverage of daily needs, advances on salaries, payroll, etc.
∎ Processing the payment to suppliers and keep strict on all documentation involved, informing the administration manager of any sort of disparity
∎ Carrying out all accounting tasks and activities, classifying, preparing and filing of all accounting pieces in accounting software, in order to ensure strict control of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and documentation.
∎ Following up of all expiring rental contract dates and inform the Administration Manager in order to leave enough time to arrange a renewal or look for some other alternative.
∎ Making all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meetings, etc.), supporting the Project Fi-nance Manager in translating documents into local language and assisting in meetings upon request.
∎ Any other administrative task delegated by the Project Finance Manager.
∎ MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities
∎ Write and/or check official letters, reports and other documents relate to the Mission.
∎ Maintain a Documents register (incoming and outgoing) informing the individuals about the Documents received during his/her absence.
∎ Take and prepare minutes of meetings.
∎ Préparation of Financial Report for the mission.
∎ Produce opinion in any VAT and Tax régulations.
∎ Give opinion on Financial maters.
∎ Manage all incoming /outgoing mail/packages/faxes, ensuring a proper registration and delivery to internal or external recipients.
∎ Inform supervisors in the case of any incident / problem.
∎ Help to organize internal and external events (meetings, presentations, etc) in sending invitations, ordering the catering, arranging accommodation, etc.
∎ The Audit & Compliance Assisstant will be responsible to supervise and keep track of files arriving from field from time to time.
∎ Files have to be clearly distinguished, labelled and maintained in separate racks as per audit requirements.
∎ Need to supervise and arrange to shift files that have been audited from office to warehouse.
∎ Supervise proper tracking of files in the warehouse and maintain archive as per country’s legal requirements and instruction from Audit Manager.
∎ Will be responsible to collect softcopy/scans from respective section and ensure archiving softcopies as well as hard copies.
∎ Will be responsible to supervise scanning of historical and future files where no softcopy has been maintained and to make up-to-date and maintain electronically.
∎ Will be responsible to arrange for disposal of old documents as per instruction of audit manager.
∎ Will maintain all data up-to-date in system/MS Excel and report to audit manager from time-to-time.
∎ Will supervise to arrange and maintain archive in a safe manner.
∎ Supervise labelling folders and containers accordingly for better identification and distinction of files.
∎ Will be responsible to help audit team in any other archive related tasks from time to time.
∎ To support for prepare annual vat and tax matrix for external audit.
∎ To support on preparing monthly reconciliation like Salary reconciliation and preserve the hard copies
∎ of Reconciliation between expenses and payment.
∎ To support external auditor by providing relevant data as per instruction of audit manager.
∎ To prepare Financial Report time to time for various audit and for various project.
∎ To prepare Vat & Tax Return (Monthly, Bi-Annual and Annual Basis)
∎ To support in preparing other regulatory reports from time-to-time.
∎ To support audit manager to review over compréhensive internal control procedure.
∎ To maintain sufficient knowledge over VAT and Tax regulation.
∎ To prepare Internal monthly VAT and Tax matrix.
∎ To support at the time of any financial investigation led by any external authorities
∎ To support audit manager at the time of preparing query reply to NGO AB/NBR.
∎ To submit and collect documents and liaison to/from NGO AB, NBR etc.
∎ To support on translation of official documents when required.
∎ To carry out any other tasks required on ad hoc basis as per instruction from Audit Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Desirable working experience of two years in similar jobs with sufficient Accounting & Taxation knowledge
∎ Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel and internet)

Salary:
∎ Tk. 64600 - 77520 (Monthly)
∎ Salary according to level 6 of the internal MSF salary grid, (BDT 64600 - 77520 Gross) at step ‘0-10’. 2 annual leave days per month worked. Medical reimbursement for employee and direct dependents.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Medical Reimbursement and Festival Bonus are entitled based on MSF Internal Regulation Bangladesh and National Staff Health Policy.
