Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Good Communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ · Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ · Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ · Perform thorough quality control checks at various stages of the production process.
∎ · Communicate customer feedback to floor level to ensure product quality
∎ · Need to inspect the product using all quality criteria & maintain Final inspection records
∎ · Work for product quality level to meet the external & internal KPI
∎ · Knowledge about inspection methods & quality tools.
∎ · Identify and report any defects or deviations from product specifications.
∎ · Work collaboratively with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
∎ · Communicate quality issues and findings to appropriate stakeholders.
∎ · Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
∎ · Conduct final inspection and assist the buyer representative during the Final inspection in the Factory
