Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to conduct gender-inclusive needs assessment for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
∎ Identify female-headed MSMEs based on selection criteria.
∎ Conduct training programmes to improve and enhance the productivity of MSME owners.
∎ Assist MSME owners in creating a decent work environment in their workplaces.
∎ Support the supervisor in arranging local or divisional level workshops with financial institutions.
∎ Enhance the financial accessibility of MSME owners.
∎ Prepare reports as per project requirements.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Some work experience in providing training programmes for the MSMEs owners is preferable
Salary: Negotiable
