Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Program Organizer will be responsible to establish new child friendly space & report to manager. Volunteer recruitment & honorarium related work
∎ Program Organizer will be responsible for supervising and supporting to the PA/FA/PC
∎ Program Organizer is responsible to conduct monthly parents and CBCPC/SMC meeting & materials center & home HPL/ PL renovation
∎ Program Organizer will be responsible for daily report to the Project officer, Project manager and MIS
∎ Program Organizer will collect materials and supply in CFS center/ GPS in time & Check. Follow up PA & PCs work & documents
∎ Other duties as assigned by supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position is responsible to work with the marginalized and most vulnerable children in the Rohingya/ Bengali community to change their lifestyle in positively. The main purpose is to reduce their fear, practice Balgla, Burmese poems and Rhymes, help them to be social and practice their local culture in daily life.
