Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive the standard quality raw materials/accessories or chemical with required documents and count the quantity as per requirement. If there is shortage/problems of any items during receiving, inform to concern department to AAF Head office within 3 working days
∎ Ensuring the in-house of necessary materials & accessories of each job/order before starting production
∎ Return the reject raw materials & accessories to AAF Head Office and ensure the solution during receiving from HO through maintaining proper documentation
∎ Entry store register books as per job and update the software
∎ Distribute the raw materials to concern section properly and keep update the delivery register book & software
∎ Prepare weekly materials demand report and send to Logistics Department of Head Office
∎ Maintain stock page of local purchase which is related to production
∎ Update weekly/monthly stock in Raw & chemical goods with proper records
∎ Receive excess materials from sub-center & other sections and ensure register books entry
∎ Organize the raw & chemical goods according to item & purpose wise in the shelf
∎ Check the logistics items as per PTP sheet & other necessary approvals
∎ Keep safety and security, neat and clean of the store’s environment
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ Storage the raw materials/ accessories & chemical properly and maintain the records accurately. Ensure timely dispatch of raw goods to concern section as necessity
