Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree of any subject from any reputed public or private university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare distribution schedule to his / her supervisor through giving information about camp and block.
∎ Give necessary information regarding individual beneficiaries, category of beneficiaries group, migration, shifting to other catchment / block/ camp.
∎ Invite beneficiaries to receive allocated commodity followed by beneficiaries list with authentic time, place, system and size and collect thumbprint during individual beneficiaries.
∎ Receive complaints timely in camp during token distribution and inform supervisor/ help desk for correction/ necessary amendment and as required.
∎ Prepare a list of absent beneficiaries in the camp with appropriate reason with recommendation.
∎ Prepare daily token distribution status and submit all return token to supervisor with absent list.
∎ Coordination with block Majhi, Site Management and elite people in the camp and keep update about the camp situation.
∎ Coordinate with the volunteers, labors, porters and local community for minimize the crowed and work in the distribution point when assigned by supervisor.
∎ Receive commodity from LSD / WFP hub / warehouse and keep track record, update stack card and assist Project Officer to keep update the stock register.
∎ Assist the team to distribution commodity and manage the beneficiaries in the queue, distribution point.
∎ Assist volunteer to maintain master roll, collect thumbprint and identification of appropriate beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ One year experience in food distribution and food security program will get preference.
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles.
∎ Have acquaintance basic data management.
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
∎ Have knowledge on Office Applications.
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bengali (Chittagonian Language).
