Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Field Development Executive is responsible for implementing training, promotion, and sales development initiatives to strengthen the performance of OPPO Sales Representatives (OSRs) and ensure customer engagement through both online and offline activities.

This role includes two key areas of responsibility —
1. Digital and offline Promotor engagement Promotion
2 . Promotor Hiring & development


Key Responsibilities - 1.Digital and offline Promotor engagement Promotion

  • Social Media Promotion:
    Plan and execute promotional campaigns for the internal sales representatives.

  • OLearning Coordination:
    Manage and monitor Salesman participation in online learning programs, ensuring completion and progress tracking.

  • Customer Retention:
    Plan & Execute customer follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and promote new offers or models via sales promoters.


Key Responsibility - 2.Promotor Hiring & development

  • New Promotor Hiring:
    Support in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new Promoters in coordination with Area and Territory Managers.

  • New Promotor Training:
    Organize and deliver product and sales skill training sessions for new Sales assitant to ensure quick adaptation and productivity.

  • Formal OSR Record Maintenance:
    Keep updated documentation and reports of all promotors activities, training progress, and attendance.

  • Retention & Performance Tracking:
    Support the HR BP and BM in monitoring OSR performance and helping retain top talents through motivation and mentoring.
