∎ Bachelor/Master degree in Any discipline from any UGC approved recognized university

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing day-to-day field level project activities, and ensure those align with project expectations and approved project objectives, workplans, and budgets
∎ Assist Project Manager/Technical Manager in preparing the engagement strategy and action plan, and bring relevant changes required for effective stakeholder engagement and accountability for managing the waste
∎ Lead the waste collection drive, managing the collaboration-hub, community and youth groups at Rohingya refugee camp level
∎ Coordinate with internal and external partners and communicate regularly for business plan implementation and market linkage for the recycling market
∎ Network and liaison with Camp-in-charge, Site management, WASH actors, and other relevant Stakeholders for ensuring coordinated service delivery
∎ Organize different meetings, trainings and workshops as per the engagement strategy and action plan in order to maximize government, stakeholder, and community engagement
∎ Assist in planning and administration of and/or conduct special events, e.g. behavior change intervention, campaigns, capacity building trainings, workshops, and other events
∎ Organize and manage regular team meetings with field staffs, informal catch-up meetings and external meetings as necessary and to ensure meeting notes and action points are distributed to deadline.
∎ Follow up field level implementation, monitor progress of the project and ensure smooth field delivery of the activities
∎ Ensure all of the project information are collected, analyzed and disseminated through clear support from you.
∎ Follow project monitoring findings tracking sheet and take necessary steps to resolve monitoring feedback.
∎ Prepare periodic project reports (narrative and financial) as required by donor and programme management
∎ Prepare good case stories, blogs etc as per project or programme need
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

∎ Age at least 18 years

∎ Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale and complex projects
∎ Current national and global development trends related to circular economy, community vulnerability and urban development
∎ Competence in analyzing the social inclusion and gender dynamics within urban set-up
∎ Community organizing and social mobilization.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, organization and negotiation skills
∎ Skill in documentation, facilitation & reporting
∎ Strong analytical skills, be gender sensitive, and possess a proven track record of working successfully in a variety of cultural contexts
∎ Awareness of political processes and protocols
∎ Leadership and people management; Strategic thinking; Decision making and problem solving.
