Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with beneficiaries in project activities implementation
∎ Provide necessary support to the medical waste management volunteer in the SWM plant
∎ Monitor & supervise the medical waste management activities daily basis
∎ Linkage with government hospital and other health center for daily medical waste collection and management
∎ Work with the WASH team for finding site/locations for WASH facilities construction with taking GPS and necessary data
∎ Keep the all materials distribution documents, master roll of all constructed WASH facilities
∎ Provide necessary report of every WASH facilities constructed, repaired & maintenance in daily basis
∎ Regular coordination with other team players in project implementation
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Field Assistant, WASH will be responsible for field base activities implementation, monitoring, data collection, daily reporting, documentation preparation and preservation, taking GPS and necessary data, giving support on hygiene activity and any other task assigned by supervisor
∎ Work closely with beneficiaries in project activities implementation
