Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect sample from Aarong
∎ Receive the required quality raw materials according to order/work
∎ Review the sample instructions & necessity and plan accordingly
∎ Find the raw materials & accessories used in the sample
∎ Calculate the raw materials & all the incidentals of the manufactured goods
∎ Documenting data on samples produced mentioning manpower & time requirements
∎ Complete the production in coordination with all sections
∎ Ensure product quality during production process
∎ Send sample & costing to head office through challan
∎ Monitor the attendance of the section artisans/beneficiaries and reducing the absenteeism rate
∎ Ensure preparation of wage muster roll, wage register book and pass book of artisans/beneficiaries
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position is responsible to ensuring sample making of garments & calculation of basic cost of garments sample as per design
