Responsibilities & Context:
IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in the apparel division for the following positions:
Job Responsibility:
Selecting, evaluating, and testing fabrics and materials for suitability in specific designs and production methods.
Providing technical input on designs, suggesting modifications for feasibility and manufacturability, and creating technical drawings or specifications.
Overseeing garment construction, ensuring proper techniques are used, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during design, sampling, or production.
Ensuring that finished garments meet predetermined quality standards, including fit, durability, and colorfastness.
Keeping up to date with the latest trends in materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
Exploring and implementing sustainable production methods and materials.
Potentially utilizing 3D printing and other prototyping technologies to develop and refine designs.
Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software like Adobe Illustrator or Rhinoceros to create and modify designs.
Working closely with designers, pattern makers, production teams, and suppliers.
Any other assignments assigned by Higher Management.
