IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in the apparel division for the following positions:

Job Responsibility:

• Selecting, evaluating, and testing fabrics and materials for suitability in specific designs and production methods.

• Providing technical input on designs, suggesting modifications for feasibility and manufacturability, and creating technical drawings or specifications.

• Overseeing garment construction, ensuring proper techniques are used, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

• Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during design, sampling, or production.

• Ensuring that finished garments meet predetermined quality standards, including fit, durability, and colorfastness.

• Keeping up to date with the latest trends in materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.

• Exploring and implementing sustainable production methods and materials.

• Potentially utilizing 3D printing and other prototyping technologies to develop and refine designs.

• Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software like Adobe Illustrator or Rhinoceros to create and modify designs.

• Working closely with designers, pattern makers, production teams, and suppliers.

• Any other assignments assigned by Higher Management.
