Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design /Apparel or Industrial/ Fashion & Apparel Design(Bangladesh Textile University or any others foreign University)

∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Design, Illustrator, Photoshop
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create patterns and mock-ups from preliminary design sketches or ideas using 3D CLO software.
∎ Apply surface design details, such as colors, fabrics, graphics and prints to 3D garments.
∎ Integrate the 3D design process with the existing product development and production process.
∎ Identify opportunities to reduce sampling through the use of 3D technology
∎ Research and present design and creative concepts that demonstrate innovative, brand-right creative (silos, trim & details, color, print & graphic design direction to supervisor and peers)
∎ Create and maintain product specs and advanced construction instructions using Adobe Illustrator and CAD Pattern Design software.
∎ Interact with Merchandisers to receive & provide feedback & understand the requirements of the style.
∎ Collaborate with Designers and Product Developers to create mock-up samples and communicate fit updates to factories
∎ Measure patterns and samples for accuracy in development and production approval.
∎ Train other designers on using 3D Software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Exhibit inquisitiveness, excellent communication and analytical skills as well as have basic knowledge of garment construction, silhouettes, color ways, sewing techniques, fabrication and trim.
∎ Proficient/Experience in 3D Apparel Design Software, including CLO 3D or similar 3D design software and Adobe Illustrator strongly preferred.
∎ 3+ years of experience on CLO 3D
∎ Working knowledge of Photoshop and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool preferred.
∎ Possess strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
∎ Strong time management and creative problem solving skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced, creative, and team oriented environment.
∎ Strong sense of color and aesthetic ability to interpret creative trends for the carter’s brand.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Willing to live & work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Applications with CLO portfolio.
∎ Striving for Excellence/ Artistic ability /Creativity.
∎ Good coordination capability.
