Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Postgraduate in Fashion Design.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and enhance long-term business relationship with buyers through excellent design knowledge.
∎ Visualizing a designing idea/concept as per the current trend analysis sketching rough and detailed drawings of design using computer-aided designs (CAD) and by hands, and mentioning the specifications like color combinations, use of fabric, material type, process of details designing, and accessory requirements for further reference.
∎ Research the market trends both (previous & current), theme, technology, and product via open sources.
∎ You will be responsible for designing, developing product range for men, womenswear & kids wear.
∎ Developing samples as per buyer's tech packs.
∎ Assessment and inspecting of garments product of design sample, fit sample & to comply with all technical points are applied in the products as per technical sheet.
∎ You must ensure that the brand is consistently offering trendy and quality products to its end customers and be up to date with international fashion trends.
∎ Ability to analyze & produce styles according to given standard.
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
∎ Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and create new concepts.
∎ Categorize and forecasting the trends before the season starts (If any seasonal project)
∎ Keeping an up-to-date knowledge and ability.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming fashion trends, noticing the general trend in fabric, color scheme, and shape of the garment, predicting the later advancement in upcoming trends, and developing fashion range accordingly.
∎ Visiting textile showrooms for buying fabrics, new clothing items, and accessories for completing the designs as needed.
∎ Knowledge of different type of fabrics and its identification.
∎ Examining the look of sample garments on models, making sure that the designed product matches the age, gender, style and socioeconomic status of target consumers and modifying and redesigning the garments (if any).
∎ Should design and create according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 year(s) in relevant field.
∎ Candidates having Degree on Designing sector and having Diploma in Graphic Design/fashion design will get preference.
∎ Candidates has to bring their portfolio of image and other things in the pen drive to show us.
∎ Adobe Creative Suite and Clo3D
∎ Affluent in English.
∎ Ability to think out of box.
∎ Sense of creativity, innovation, and flair for designing fashionable items.
∎ Keen observation for determining color schemes, patters, and designs.
∎ Must understand how to work within brand standard guidelines.
∎ Excellent communication skills & strong design skills along with great conceptual skills.
∎ Good skills in MS Word, power point & MS Excel, email writing.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Great inter-communication Skill, smart, energetic and hardworking.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Commercial awareness with business orientation skills.
