Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in knit garments fashion design.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar design tools.
• Creativity in developing new trends and concepts for knit apparel.
• Understanding of fabrics, trims, colour matching, printing techniques, and garment construction.
• Good communication skills in English & Bangla.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passionate, energetic, and detail-oriented.

 Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing for European buyers is an advantage.
• Strong sense of fashion trends, fabric behavior, and styling.
• Ability to prepare presentation boards for buyers and internal review.
• Good understanding of costing elements related to design

• Develop creative and fashionable knitwear designs for Men, Women & Kids categories.
• Prepare seasonal mood boards, color stories, and trend analysis based on buyer requirements and global fashion trends.
• Create technical sketches, artworks, and CAD designs using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Work with merchants and sample section for sample development and timely execution.
• Ensure fabric, trims, washing, and embellishments align with design requirements.
• Provide measurement specs, detailing, trims placement and other technical instructions for sample room.
• Attend development meetings and follow up buyer comments for updates and revisions.
• Ensure each design maintains production feasibility, cost effectiveness, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with pattern, cutting, sewing, and printing teams during sample follow-up.
• Maintain a complete design archive for internal and buyer presentation.
