∎ Age at least 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Control and look after overall factory production including administrative work.
∎ Scheduling of manpower duty roaster.
∎ Lead the day-to- day operations of the factory.
∎ Production floor monitoring regarding compliance issues of the factory.
∎ Keep track records daily, monthly and yearly production and sales relative to actual.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor various control systems and manage Quality Control Department.
∎ Training production staff on an ongoing basis.
∎ Monitor technical plant and machinery problems and undertake maintenance works to resolve all issues.
∎ Plan and organize production schedule and oversee production process.
∎ Assess the actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for the factory accordingly.
∎ Coordinate and monitor the quality in purchasing raw materials.
∎ Develop SOPs regarding highest production.
∎ Ensure production process and output meet defined quality and safety standards.
∎ Effectively manage and motivate employees to achieve production targets.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
