Responsibilities & Context:

·         Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.

·         Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market

·         Work closely with the retail sales team to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing retail sales

·         Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities.

·         Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. digital, social media, print, events).

·         Launch and oversee advertising and media planning

·         Contributing to new product development by providing market research and consumer insights. 

·         Overseeing the design and development of product packaging and in-store display

·         Managing and allocating budgets for brand-related initiatives.

·         Analyze customer data, feedback, and market trends to inform brand decisions.

·         Tracking brand awareness and reputation.

·         Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions. 

·         Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

·         Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
