Responsibilities & Context:

Akij Particle Board Mills Ltd., (APBML), an unit of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint Regional Manager for its sales teams who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales operations activities of APBML.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Particle Board Mills Limited’s overall goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and collective success

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness

  • Identify new business opportunities for Akij Particle Board & Doors, explore untapped markets, and develop strategies to increase the company`s market share in this industry.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in APBML, including Brand marketing and production, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business growth.

  • Develop insights and understand our Akij Board products, including their features and customization options

  • Travel extensively to connect with dealers, customers, and generate leads & achieve customer satisfaction
