Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily e-commerce and operational activities
Monitor order processing, fulfillment, and delivery operations
Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, delivery, customer support, and procurement teams
Supervise inventory management and stock accuracy
Monitor rider/delivery performance and operational KPIs
Handle operational issues and ensure quick resolutions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement operational SOPs and process improvements
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
Lead and manage operational staff and field teams
Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control
