Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to prepare all types of documents such as different forms of vat challan, gate pass and all sorts of documents etc.
∎ Responsible for managing around 100 employees
∎ Maintaining the overall supply chain of factory
∎ Planning, organizing as per orders and production
∎ Supervising all sr. operators, operators and subordinates
∎ Maintaining production schedules, assessing labor requirements for on time delivery.
∎ Purchase requisition, prepare and confirm purchase status for all factory items.
∎ Incorporate updated production system & equipment at factory ensure product delivery start
∎ Make sure about the good quality of products, delivery, installation
∎ Maintain Minimal WhatsApp groups & update regularly.
∎ Maintain Minimal authorized telecommunication mediums (phone, Whatsapp or any online media) to contact clients & Minimal head office.
∎ To take care of factory based employees job related problems and demands.
∎ Managing all Minimal workers' daily job routine.
∎ Minimal workers leave, attendance, refreshments and evaluation documentation.
∎ CCTV monitoring for factory premises.
∎ Delivery scheduling for Minimal pickup(Truck) & driver.
∎ Labor management for delivery, rework, installation, load & unload of any product or materials.
∎ Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
∎ Maintain Factory product Inventory daily.
∎ Maintain Factory material Inventory daily.
∎ Maintain Minimal tools Inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having worked in a plastic industry would be considered as a huge plus
∎ Good Communication skills
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
