Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and coordinate all activities on the production floor, ensuring smooth Flour, Suji, Sugar, Spice Mosla, Oil (FMCG) processing operations.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Ensure all safety protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed by the production team.
Train, mentor, and managing production staff, including operators and machine technicians.
Schedule shifts and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
