Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have sufficient knowledge in overall supervision and operation of the Factory including administration, Production Planning & Implementation of the Factory.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of plan, policy, procedure and guideline for smooth production.
∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic production plan and its implementation.
∎ Create strong performance culture that reinforce the organization's required behaviors and motivate, develop all team members to deliver their full potential.
∎ Evaluate productivity of the plant and introduced new strategies to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs and implement advanced safety measures.
∎ Provide material specifications and other requirements for procurement.
∎ Ensure Quality production and look after overall quality control.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Shoe manufacture.
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
∎ Strong Computer skill & able to work under stress.
∎ Excellent analytical and time management skills.
