Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineer (Mechanical) from public University with good result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all the factory activities and operations in all its phases starting from material and production planning till the delivery of the final product.
∎ Ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources, plus the minimization of cost and the availability of needed resource as and when required.
∎ Reviewing drawings for control of planned output, material efficiency, and engineering effectiveness.
∎ Check the factory machinery performance and study the new up-to-date machines, if required, for developing the production progress, quality and cutting cost.
∎ Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all time
∎ Responsible for plant production, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.
∎ Update the production plan on a daily basis & ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis.
∎ Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
∎ Develop the entire factory development.
∎ Standardize operating procedures within the plant in factory premises
∎ Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and enhance overall productivity.
∎ Has the knowledge on safety and security aspects of the plant & the ability to manage and leadership quality in all respect in factory.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: Minimum 7 to 15 year(s).
∎ Good communication skills, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Target Oriented.
