• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Civil Construction & Steel pre-fabricated building industry.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction & Steel pre-fabricated building industry

• Good communication skills, Negotiation Skills & Target-Oriented.

Job Context

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing professional with proven experience in the civil construction and pre-fabricated steel building industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing ones.

• Possess strong knowledge of civil construction & steel pre-fabricated buildings for effective sales and marketing.

• Maintain accurate customer information in the database and keep clients informed about upcoming programs and offerings.

• Drive progress in the sales process by developing strategic proposals to attract potential clients.

• Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure business growth.

• Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets within the stipulated timeframe.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time
