Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the gas stove production unit.
Ensure smooth functioning of production lines to meet production targets.
Monitor and maintain product quality in accordance with company standards.
Manage workforce discipline, attendance, and productivity.
Implement safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
Control wastage and optimise raw material usage.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams.
