Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Extensive experience managing joint ventures, multinational corporations, and export operations involving foreign investments.

• Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English.

• Proven experience 5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in gas stoves & cast iron production.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of production management and quality control principles.

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operations within the manufacturing plant.

• Oversee the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within quality standards.

• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

• Maintain and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the production team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to production machinery or processes.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and present reports on production metrics, such as yield, downtime, and labour efficiency.
