∎ Chartered Accountant degree will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and completion of the Annual Strategy Plan for the plant in systematic and effective manner.
∎ To supervise, assist and support sub-ordinates in getting information of the bill of materials and future changes as well as variance analysis. To ensure the accuracy of bill of material for New Year standard cost correctly reflected in the Annual Plan.
∎ Preparation of the Quarterly Forecast for Leaf, Non Tobacco Materials and conversion cost - Based on the actual variances, financial implications of the future developments in the factory or country, formal and informal information in order to develop quarterly forecast.
∎ To monitor and ensure that the Monthly Reporting (P&L) are in line with Forecast. To ensure all the submission for Quarterly Forecast in accordance with global deadlines.
∎ Responsible for Monthly variance analysis for Leaf, Non Tobacco Materials and conversion cost. To review and investigate the cause of huge variance and agree with HOD on corrective action.
∎ Responsible for SKU cost maintenance for Production Plants. This involves analyzing new cost of new replacement material, seeking approval from Finance Director.
∎ To monitor standard cost for Legal and Group Valuation for Production and Warehouse Plants in systematic and effective manner.
∎ Maintenance of the accounting and costing view done accurately at the right time. Confirmation on firm price for non-tobacco materials before rolling out standard cost for SKUs for Plant.
∎ Calculation of transfer pricing based on actual cost and update in the system at legal pricing (LC1 & LC2) upon receiving green light from Market Finance.
∎ Calculation for notification of estimates cost for new product launch for market study, management decision and approval by coordinating with R&D, Global Leaf, Global Procurement and Market.
∎ Ensure compliance with Company guidelines and the GSC Finance Product Cost Policy.
∎ Forecasting and Analysis of manufacturing sites. Manage the factory contribution. Communicate the factory financial performance in line with JTI objectives and time lines.
∎ Prepare for the Finance Director presentations for management.
∎ Monitoring of sales order & Dispatches, raising Purchase Order / Work Orders.
∎ Processing Bills Payable, Statutory Payments excise, PF, ESI, and Sales Tax.
∎ Verification of Import documents like Bill of lading/ Airway bill and bill of entry.
∎ Excise duty reconciliation with financial and excise records.
∎ Coordinating with Statutory & Internal auditors and suppliers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Plant Accounting and Costing
∎ Experiance in foreign tobaccon company is highly appriciable
∎ BAP/memo knowlwdgw
∎ Working knowledge of Excise and Sales Tax
∎ Exposure to SAP
∎ Well versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Good analytical skills
