Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any renowned university.
∎ Minimum 11 years of experience.
∎ Experience in Strategic insights is preferred.
∎ Foreign degree will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process mapping and improvement.
∎ Product offer review improve them and develop.
∎ Produce ad hoc analysis that contain insights related to Trade, Competitors and Consumers that can facilitate sound commercial decision-making by the company.
∎ Ensure effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
∎ Produce scheduled reporting and analysis on a timely and accurate manner to management to enable actionable decision to be made, including D2T report, data reporting, Nielsen regional performance etc.
∎ showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Support sales and marketing team by providing the right target consumers at the right place based on brand objectives.
∎ Support the marketing director on the analysis of RYO, MYO, RRP and NPD to mainly understand the category potential in the market.
∎ Support the management in simulating the SOM impact based on pricing scenarios via Pricing Sensitivity Tool.
∎ Support the region in terms of Pricing Study Webinar, Monthly Marketing Brief, Tracker Qlik and some research projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to influence across business and departmental lines, especially at the mid-level
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Concrete knowledge in brand strategy and advertising research.
