Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 7-10 years’ work experience in sales & marketing in reputed garments accessories company(s).
∎ Should have sales and or Marketing experience of garments accessories like Corrugated Carton, Swing Thread, Button, Poly Bag, Plastic Hanger and Hand tag & Labels
∎ Good knowledge of dealing with nominations from retailors
∎ Should be able to join immediately.
∎ Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
∎ The ability and desire for marketing job with a confident and determined approach.
∎ Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
∎ Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
∎ Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
∎ Last but not the least; the candidate should have work experience in the related fields.
∎ Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensures an increased market share and profitability of the organization by facilitating market development, brand management & business development through national & international marketing.
∎ Works towards bringing about an increase in the market share by retention of the existing customers and development of new accounts / customers to achieve organization’s targets.
∎ Drives high levels of customer service standards across the organization with a view to always delighting the external customers.
∎ Focuses marketing initiatives on key internal clients including store chains and buying houses leveraging on existing relationships and building new ones.
∎ Maintains communications with key international and local contacts with a view to tracking market trends and new opportunities.
