Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and maintaining daily vouchers, recording and posting daily transactions under respective ledgers in Tally. Conducting vat related work (Vat return, VDS, Vat audit, Mushok preparing, Vat register maintaining etc) Assist supervisor in preparing financial statements, management accounts and other management report. Maintaining daily cash book, bank book, cheque register, sales register, receivable and payable register, inventory register, loan & interest schedule and export related different registers. Maintaining export & import data in excel and Tally Maintaining daily loan portfolio and performing bank loan related work Updating and recording bank transaction in Tally Maintaining daily and monthly stock reports and input in software Performing any accounts and finance related jobs and other duties as supervisor and management decides.
