Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing day to day basic Computer work and official documentation at front desk.
∎ Performing general administrative tasks and act as support staff.
∎ Maintaining different Schedule of appointments.
∎ Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Able to provide information, forward calls, couriers, take messages and transfer information to appropriate person.
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors or guests in front-office and maintain records.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal/ communication skills.
∎ Must be well conversant in phone calls.
∎ Be the first point of contact and meet and greet the business clients and staff.
∎ Ensure excellent upkeep of the reception area to project an impressive image of company.
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors or guests in front-office and maintain records.
∎ Receiving and making Phone Calls and Transfer calls.
∎ Respond to all telephone/faxes calls, incoming/outgoing mails with required information in a good and courteous voice and manner.
∎ Maintain all records, security and telecommunications system related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Circulate instructions of the Management to the employees as and when required. Maintaining good relationship with company employees.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
