∎ Having Experience in Bank/ Non-Bank Fin. Institution will get high preference.
∎ Aware with accounting & financial rules, regulations of central bank, income tax law, VAT, banking companies act and other regulatory provisions.
∎ The position requiring the candidate to have strong leadership skills and to guide, educate & lead the team members.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all activities of the Accounts Department
∎ Coordinate with regulators & External Auditors on all audit issues
∎ Preparation and Submission of financial reports to regulators
∎ Corporate Tax Management.
