∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading as well as administering the operational activities in accordance with policies, guidelines and objectives of the Company.
∎ Formulating policies & strategies as well as implementing the business plan to achieve the target of the Company.
∎ Managing the business operations in compliance with the rules & procedures of the regulatory bodies.
∎ Building as well as directing a cross-functional result-oriented team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years in Bank/NBFIs
∎ At least 02 years of experience on immediate below position to the Managing Director.
∎ Age not over 61 years as of July 31, 2023.
