Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited (BIFC) is a Public Limited Company and a Non-Bank Financial Institution searching for a competent and dynamic Deputy Managing Director.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge of accounting, reporting requirements preferably of Bank & Financial Institutions.
∎ Experience in dealing with crises/ managing challenges.
∎ Oversee full Audit & Inspection activities conducted by Bangladesh Bank /other regulatory bodies/External Audit.
∎ The deserving candidate must be well versed in Credit Management, Capital market operations, Recovery and related legal matters, Negotiation capabilities with different Stakeholders and leadership ability to lead the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years in Bank/NBFIs
∎ At least 02 years of experience as EVP/SEVP/DMD/ immediate below position to the Managing Director.
