Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and optimize processes to reduce wastage across all departments.
∎ Prepare reports on wastage reduction initiatives and monitor their implementation.
∎ Modify billing formats and sheets to improve accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Participate in the development of gate security systems.
∎ Assist in modifying worker appointment letters and developing women's security processes.
∎ Develop systems for worker fines and fire safety procedures.
∎ Conduct monthly audits of salary and worker wages.
∎ Verify monthly overtime records and daily attendance.
∎ Review daily and monthly bills for food, conveyance, entertainment, etc.
∎ Perform surprise headcounts of workers.
∎ Audit production and non-production wastage.
∎ Verify security attendance registers and other relevant documents.
∎ Collaborate on the development of worker training programs.
∎ Assist in the implementation of software-based attendance policies.
∎ Contribute to the development of quality control registers and audit reports.
∎ Evaluate and enhance cash book processes and fine fund procedures.
∎ Develop systems for managing broken toast sales and cash audit processes.
∎ Participate in inventory audits and store development initiatives.
∎ Aid in the establishment of exchange generator battery policies and spare parts use registers.
