Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all accounts related books and documents
∎ Prepare and record regular receipts and payment voucher
∎ Prepare monthly receipts and payment Prepare TAX and VAT related documents
∎ Check and monitor financial activities, transactions and expenditure.
∎ Preparing quotations,bills and maintaining office files.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management Take on and complete various tasks and assignments related to day-to-day financial operations as assigned by the supervisor
