Responsibilities & Context:

∎ JMI Industrial Gas Limited (JIGL), a flagship strategic business unit of JMI Group engages in the import, bottling & distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) as well as Ethylene Oxide (EO) Gas. JIGL is uniquely poised to cater to the demand to the country and has got the surplus capacity to export to the overseas markets. We are looking for self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after Accounts & Finance (VAT) to expedite business.
∎ Ensure regular VAT compliance as per Government rules and law.
∎ Conduct hearings, appeal, tribunal and finalize assessments for VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure timely Payment of VAT, VDS etc. as per Govt. Rules using appropriate form/ treasury challans.
∎ Manage relationship with VAT & Customs Circle/Division Office, Zone/Headhunter.
∎ Communication with NBR to solve the barriers related to Company VAT issues.
∎ Ensure timely Preparation and maintain of all Musak (example 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 4.3 etc), VAT register, & Other VAT papers.
∎ Ensure all VAT registers and records conforming to VAT laws are updated in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure preparation of timely VAT Return (9.1) and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
