∎ Playpen is a prestigious old English medium school that has been running successfully for 47 years located at Bashundhara R/A on its permanent campus. The school is looking for an enthusiastic professional with solid work experience in education institutions and excellent multitasking skills for the role of Senior Executive, Accounts & Finance
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. To understand transactions as per Accounting rules and book transactions into Tally SW/QB.
∎ 2. Preparation and Reporting of various types of management reports.
∎ 3. To manage efficient payments Disbursement to suppliers/others & manage petty cash efficiently.
∎ 4. To ensure due tax/vat rules are applied while payment to suppliers/employee.
∎ 5. Various Voucher filing & Maintaining.
∎ 6. Payroll preparation for 300+ employee.
∎ 6. To attend Banking work.
∎ 7. Have to collect various fees.
∎ 8. Assisting Manager, Finance & Accounts on day to day operation.
∎ 9. Any other necessary work.
