∎ Age 28 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check cash voucher, bills/expenses, payment requisitions.
∎ Physical verification of fixed assets and store items.
∎ Developing and implementing a comprehensive internal audit strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
∎ Pre & post-audit of all accounting transactions, purchase, requisitions, financial vouchers, bill etc.
∎ Monitor day to day financial transactions maintained by respective account departments.
∎ Conduct periodic internal audit of head office and ensure the highest standard of financial management system.
∎ Verifying and cross-checking of all accounting transactions made to all internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Prepare the draft reports on audit findings and submit report to the line manager on weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Keep liaison with Accounts & Finance, External audit.
∎ Reviewing of all financial records and report of the company.
