∎ Good Knowledge of MS Word, advanced Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Prior work experience in any ERP software will be preferable
∎ Knowledge about VAT & TAX law

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare various vouchers including sales,purchase, adjustment and Journal vouchers in ERP software.
∎ Prepare a bank reconciliation statement and loan statement.
∎ Reconciliation of Accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Assist in bank-related tasks such as preparing bank drafts and processing withdrawals.
∎ Check and process invoices, verify transactions, and make payments to suppliers.
∎ Receive, count, and verify cash transactions from various sources.
∎ Deposit cash and checks in the bank promptly.
∎ Assist in Preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
