∎ Minimum 5 years' experience as General Manager, Finance & Accounts at large Industry.
∎ Expert in handling ERP & Tally Software.
∎ Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experienced in Accounts & Finance for the planning, implementing, managing and running of all the Accounts & finance activities of Chaity Industrial Park. The goal is to protect the company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
∎ Analyze and make recommendations on organization internal reporting in order to best respond to the needs of key Management.
∎ To review the institution's financial conditions, financial position and recommend viable alternatives for establish credibility of accounts and finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial service to the entire company.
∎ Manage timely completion of month-end financial close.
∎ Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements based on applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards as per company reporting calendar Train.
∎ Ensure that all books of accounts (Cash Book, ledger, journal etc.) are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ All Bank Related Works (Loan Renewal, Loan Proposal, Liaison with Banks etc.)
∎ Develop the finance team to be able to apply and execute financial policy and accounting procedure manual.
∎ Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements.
∎ Procurement of Foreign Exchange Loans under different lines of credit and arranging guarantees from Financial Institutions for foreign currency loans in favor of foreign lenders.
∎ Surplus Fund Management in terms of placement of inter-corporate.
∎ deposits to Corporate Carry out any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
