∎ Accounts Job Responsibilities :Journal Entry, Ledger Posting, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance , Income Statement and Balance Sheet Preparation Mushak 6.3 Maintaining, Monthly On line VAT Return ( Mushak-9.1) Submission, VDS ( Mushak 6.6 ) Collection from Customer, TDS ( Tax Deducted at Source ) Collection from Customer, Yearly Tax Submission , Invoice and Delivery Challan Preparation etc.
∎ Commercial Job Responsibilities : E-mail communication with Foreign Buyer for Order Handling , Prorma Invoice Preparation, LC or LCA Opening , Proper AWB or Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Country of Origin preparation as per LC clause requirement
