Responsibilities & Context:

Process Automation Ltd. is the official representative of Endress+Hauser in Bangladesh since 2006. Endress+Hauser is a leading international supplier of industrial field measurement instrumentation, services and solutions provider.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of the Sales & Service team.

  • All kinds of sales analysis and report to management.

  • Sales Target Achievement

  • Sales visits regularly to customers

  • Maintain and updated information in the CRM which is SFDC(Salesforce.com)

  • Interaction against each opportunity in SFDC

  • Create new customer

  • Create new Contacts with existing contacts

  • Create new opportunity/Sales inquiry with new customer or existing customers

  • BOM Preparation and subsequently quotation preparation and submission

  • Quotation followup to covert quotation to order

  • Payment followup.

  • Commitment and Security for 5 Years because company will invest huge amount of money for inland & overseas trainings and various materials.

  • Leadership of the service team

  • Ensure accurate, professional and timely documentation of sales & service calls

  • Organize training for customers

  • Assist the customers via telephone with product information and problem solving

  • Work with direct Sales personnel, Sales Management and With principal companies mainly Endress+Hauser, Precia Molen and Kaye to achieve Sales & service goals and objectives

  • Ensure all field Service Engineers have the appropriate equipment to support the E+H product lines and that these assets are managed and maintained as per quality procedures.

  • Monitor Key variables for services and take corrective action as necessary

  • Develop goals and objectives to improve any problem areas

  • Develop and maintain a level of knowledge of E+H products and services, sufficient to support the service/sales network and customers for service and application issues and when required, sales related issues.

  • Other assigned tasks upon request by Management
