Sales visits regularly to customers
Report preparation and entry to www.salesforce.com
Create new customer
Create new Contacts with existing contacts
Create new opportunity/Sales inquiry with new customer or existing customers
Quotation followup to covert quotation to order
Payment followup.

Leadership of the service team
Ensure accurate, professional and timely documentation of sales & service calls
Organize training for customers
Assist the customers via telephone with product information and problem solving
Work with direct Sales personnel, Sales Management and With principal companies mainly Endress+Hauser, Precia Molen and Kaye to achieve Sales & service goals and objectives
Ensure all field Service Engineers have the appropriate equipment to support the E+H product lines and that these assets are managed and maintained as per quality procedures.
Monitor Key variables for services and take corrective action as necessary
Develop goals and objectives to improve any problem areas
Develop and maintain a level of knowledge of E+H products and services, sufficient to support the service/sales network and customers for service and application issues and when required, sales related issues.
Other assigned tasks upon request by Management
Sales commission on respective opportunity/orders.
